1. What this is
A directory of wedding venues, sorted by state and by type, so you can find places and approach them yourself. Free to use, no account, and no form in the way.
2. What this is not
We are not a venue, a planner, an agent or a booking service, and we are not a party to anything between you and a venue. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a sign of any affiliation with us.
We do not check whether a venue is licensed, insured, solvent, safe or suitable for your event. We do not verify capacity, pricing, availability, or anything a venue tells you.
3. Accuracy
Listings are built from open mapping data, public registries and venues' own websites. Details change constantly and may be out of date or wrong. Confirm everything that matters directly with the venue before you pay anyone anything.
If a listing is wrong, or you are the venue and want it gone, email us. We correct and remove on request, and you do not have to give a reason.
4. The artwork
Illustrations on the venue type pages are generated artwork. They are never used to stand in for a particular venue, and a drawing on a category page is not a photograph of any place listed under it.
5. Your responsibility
Booking a wedding venue is a large commitment. Visit in person, read the contract, check insurance and permits, and take advice where it matters. You use this directory entirely at your own risk.
6. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Rustic Weddings and SMCI Media LLC are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, disappointment or harm arising from your use of this directory or from your dealings with any venue listed on it. The site is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind.
7. Venue owners
Claiming a listing means confirming you are authorised to speak for the venue. Anything you add, you confirm you have the right to publish. We may edit for length and clarity, and we may decline or remove anything.
If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email us with the page and proof you hold the rights, and we will remove it.
8. Acceptable use
Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not scrape it, overload it, or copy it wholesale for a competing directory.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above changes with them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands.
